We are committed to quality at every step of the ordering, packing, and shipping process. Please note the following guidelines for shipping products.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free for orders of $125 or more before tax.
Shipping is a flat rate of $12+HST for orders under $125.
We currently only ship within Canada, and all prices are listed in Canadian dollars.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We will ship orders in 1-2 business days from the time we receive your order. We are open Monday through Friday; orders placed over the weekend or on statutory holidays will be processed the following business day.
We use Canada Post to ship our products, and delivery times vary but generally arrive 6-10 days once packages are shipped. This is an estimate and not a guarantee.
How do I pick up an order at the clinic?
To pick up an order at the clinic instead of having it shipped, select “Pick up” as your delivery method when you check out. Orders are typically prepared and ready for pickup within 4 hours, and must be picked up within our business hours of 8:30AM to 4:30PM, Monday to Friday.
You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup. We are located at 20 Wynford Drive, Suite 316, in North York. Please have your confirmation email ready or your order number recorded. When you arrive, check in at our front desk in Suite 316 and our team will be happy to retrieve your order. Parking is free with a stay of 15 minutes or less. For curbside pick-up, call the office at 416-447-6176 and your order can be brought down to you.
What are your other shipping guidelines?
Please keep note of any emails we send about your order. It is the patient’s responsibility to read and verify the information in our correspondence relating to your order.
Product orders of $500 or more may require a signature upon delivery.
If your order is delayed, you will not be entitled to a refund or damage/interest claim. We aim to be efficient in our shipping practices, but delivery times may vary, as each product is hand-packed especially for you by our in-clinic team.
What happens if the product I ordered becomes unavailable or runs out?
If the product you ordered has just become unavailable or is temporarily not available, we will send you a message to confirm whether you would like to either: cancel your order and receive a refund, or keep your order confirmation and wait until the item is restocked.
