At the one-month review, PeriOptimization patients can carry their momentum into Life+ Foundation. Much of the workup is already done, so the programme builds on it.

Prices are in Canadian dollars. HST is added at checkout where it applies; exempt health services, such as the Women's Health Assessment, are not taxed.
