Refund policy

Services and packages. Services are refundable within 14 days of purchase if none has been delivered. Once a package or series has begun, the remainder is non-refundable.

Medical assessment. All treatments purchased, added on or won in promotion are provided pending appropriate medical assessment prior to treatment. A full refund is provided in any case where a treatment cannot be provided because of scheduling or medical issues.

Products. Unopened products may be returned within 30 days. Opened or used products are final sale.

Refunds go to the original payment method.
